About the Founder
Paul Henry
CEO
Paul Henry is the founder of HF Tech LLC, a local Arizona minority-owned business (SBE/DBE) in Phoenix, helping customers with challenging environmental clean-up projects and EHS Consulting.
Prior to founding HF Tech in 2018, Paul began his environmental career in the early 2000’s, studying Geology at Cal State University San Bernardino and working full-time for an environmental consulting firm in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. There, his work focused on the removal of petroleum-based contamination from Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) through Soil Vapor Extraction Units (SVE).
Eventually Paul would go on to work with global environmental and chemical companies, helping to source reuse and recycling options for large chemical waste streams in the semiconductor industry, as well managing large Site Shutdowns & Facility Closures.
Paul is driven by his desire to develop and inspire others. He brings an obsession for complete customer satisfaction with him to every job, instilling in his team the love for creating a safer workplace with every project that HF Tech touches, while building meaningful relationships along the way!

How did HF Tech get its
name?
The “HF”, well, that one is easy. It all comes down to the Henry Family. They are the original “HF” in HF Tech. It is the love, the insanity, the fun…all of it, that gave way to our name, and the courage to set out on our own.
Now, as we begin our third year, the list of “family” grows with every customer and friendship we gain, and every new face that joins our amazingly talented team.
